This Memorandum sets out the requirement, which took effect on and from 1 July 2014, for all Ministers to regularly publish extracts from their diaries detailing scheduled meetings held with stakeholders, external organisations, third-party lobbyists and individuals.

Roles and responsibilities of NSW agencies in supporting LDM


The NSW Government and participating LDM regional alliances will establish formal and binding agreements, known as Accords. Aboriginal Affairs will coordinate the overall implementation of LDM.

M2015-02-Solution Brokerage

Criteria:

Criteria for Solution Brokerage include where the issue:

is a current issue;

requires multiple agency engagement;

has the potential to bring about significant benefit or avoid significant harm;

is capable of a sustainable solution which can be implemented within 6 months;  and

can be managed within existing agency resources.
