M2014-11 Additional Evaluation Criteria for Procurement of Major Projects Valued Above $100 million

NSW is delivering a record infrastructure program across the State. In order to manage risks and maximise benefits, additional criteria will be considered during the procurement evaluation process.

M2014-09 Code of Conduct for Ministers of the Crown

The Code of Conduct for Ministers of the Crown has been revised with effect on and from 20 September 2014. The new Code has been prescribed as an applicable Code for the purposes of section 9 of the Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988.
