M2011-19 NSW Protocol for the Intergovernmental Agreement on Federal Financial Relations

NSW is a signatory to the Intergovernmental Agreement on Federal Financial Relations (IGAFFR). The IGAFFR provides the overarching framework for financial relations between the Commonwealth and the States and Territories.

M2011-11 Changes to the Management of Excess Employees

A new policy for the management of excess employees in the NSW Government Service will come into effect on 1 August 2011.

M2011-08 Standard Chart of Accounts

The Council of Australian Governments has endorsed a national standard chart of accounts (SCOA) to cut red tape for the not-for profit sector. This needs to be adopted by all jurisdictions by 1 July 2011.

M2011-07 Continued application of Ministerial Memoranda

In accordance with convention, previously issued Ministerial Memoranda continue to apply following the change of Government. All agencies in your administration are to continue to operate consistently with existing memoranda, other than those that are listed below as having been superseded.
